The Laboratory Services group is a team of professionals who are dedicated to monitoring the quality of the product throughout the Microflex^® brand, as well as focusing on developing and delivering new products to the marketplace. This team works in a laboratory specifically designed to evaluate the hand protection offered by Microflex. They consistently work with the science used in the manufacturing and performance of thin-film polymer gloves. This team works closely with the testing methods set forth by the governing bodies in our industry to evaluate the overall quality of our products. This work is done to ensure Microflex is “The Most Trusted Name in Gloves^®”.

The quality and consistency of the product in the box is vitally important to Microflex and it is the Laboratory Services group that monitors the constancy of our products. The Laboratory team analyzes data trends and monitors over 20 different glove performance metrics. They conduct analytical, chemical, physical, and biological properties tests and in some cases, utilize sophisticated instrumentation to facilitate these tests.
